• The referral must be submitted and accepted by DishOut to qualify as an eligible referral.
• Opportunities already known to DishOut or currently in DishOut's active sales pipeline may not qualify.
• Referral eligibility, compensation, and payment terms are governed by the applicable DishOut Referral Partner Agreement.
• Submission of a referral does not guarantee eligibility or compensation.
• DishOut will review the submission and confirm whether the referral has been accepted.
• You confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to share the contact information provided.
